The service at breakfast was utterly disappointing. Despite the wonderful facilities, we encountered slow service during dinner, which dampened our overall dining experience and left us feeling frustrated.

what a shame, my stay here was no where near the five-star experience I had imagined. service in the main restaurant was well below par, and with children only allowed in the pool for four hours, it woudl ve been nice to have flexibility. i mean, a little special treatment would have been grewt too, right?
